LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO SCOOP POOP – Identify solid liner (green drawstring) and place into the bottom of the litter pan FIRST. Turn the edges over the sides of the litter pan. Locate sifting liners (red drawstring) and secure them one at a time on top of the solid liner. Fill the top liner with at least 3 inches of clean clumping litter. To sift clumps, lift the edges of the top liner up while holding over the litter box and watch as the clean litter flows through the holes and back down.
