【DURABLE STAINLESS STEEL】 Built with food-grade SUS 304 stainless steel, our cat water fountain offers exceptional durability for long-term use. Unlike plastic bowls prone to scratches that can trap grime, cat fountain‘s smooth, rust-resistant surface helps maintain a cleaner environment for your pet’s water. For effortless upkeep, the stainless steel components are detachable and conveniently dishwasher safe
【FRESH, FILTERED WATER 24/7】 Our cat water dispenser’s circulation system continuously aerates the water, keeping it fresh and appealing. Every drop passes through a multi-stage filtration system: a sponge traps hair and debris, activated carbon helps reduce odors for a better taste, and ion-exchange resin works to soften the water. This process delivers a steady supply of pleasant-tasting water that encourages your cat to stay properly hydrated
【REFILL LESS OFTEN】 With a 2.2L / 74oz capacity, this water fountain for cats provides water for a single cat for several days, reducing your daily chores. Now you can take short trips with greater peace of mind. The convenient, clear water window lets you monitor the water level at a glance, helping you know when it’s time to refill without any guesswork
【ULTRA-QUIET 5V PUMP】 Enjoy a peaceful home environment. Our pet water dispenser is equipped with an energy-efficient pump that operates at less than 25dB – quieter than a whisper. The gentle water flow is designed not to disturb your work or sleep, creating a calm atmosphere your cat will enjoy. The 5V low-voltage system contributes to a reliable user experience for both you and your pet
【MAKES DRINKING WATER FUN】 Is your cat a picky drinker? Our stainless steel cat water fountain’s dynamic, faucet-like stream mimics the flowing water sources cats instinctively prefer over still water in a bowl. This gentle, moving water piques their curiosity and encourages them to drink more frequently, turning hydration into an engaging activity
【CUSTOMER SERVICE】 Your purchase is backed by our 12-month warranty and friendly customer support. For optimal performance and your pet’s well-being, we recommend cleaning the pump and automatic water dispenser for cats every 2 weeks and replacing the filter every 2-4 weeks. If you have any questions or need assistance, our team is ready to help
【Warm Tips】The water level window is a non-detachable component. Do not fill water beyond the maximum water injection line of the water level observation window, or avoid filling water to the top edge of the window. Please ensure that the water dispenser is placed stably. Instability can cause uneven pressure at the edge of the water level observation window, leading to water seepage. Do not use hard objects to scratch the sealing strip. And this product needs to be plugged in for use
【Troubleshooting】When the pump makes no sound or does not rotate, Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot: Is there any improper contact? → Reinsert the power supply; Whether there is a lack of water → Replenish to near the MAX water level; Check if the impeller is stuck → Open the pump cover and clean it; Is the filter cotton too dirty? → Rinse or replace the filter cotton
【Pump protection mechanism reminder】 When the water pump detects insufficient water or foreign objects blocking it, it will automatically stop working to avoid damage. This is a normal protection mechanism. After cleaning and restoring to normal, the water pump can operate again
